Project management
We are working with variety of the methodology from standards PMP/PRINCE2 to Agile/Scrum. Most of the projects are delivered with executive level waterfall and on operations level agile.
The application of the tools depends on the project. (Timing, Complexity and Risks).
Favorite fiels – HR, OD/Restructuring, Manufacturing, Real estate, Crysis/Risk management.
Our experiences are of course not unlimited. However we have ability to identify and bring other profesionals or the whole teams to meet the clients needs.
Process management
For the improvement initiatives we utilize mainly Lean Six sigma methodology. While in past the use of such tools was primarily intended for the manufacturing we have good track record applying it as well in broader scope of industries.
